It is our company's policy to respond to customer complaints, disputes, and issues immediately.

We take each complaint seriously, investigate it immediately, and take remedial actions swiftly.

All complaints are documented and logged into a special log, sent directly to the Customer Complaint Officer for action.

Reports on complaints are reviewed during the Customer Complaint Officer's meetings with our Board.
